Ugly, but effective as he's the individual champion on the men's side. The Northern Arizona Dynasty continues, and Stanford ends up in 5th. No podium today, sadly but some great runs.

Maybe we need to train at altitude.

I wonder if someone could develop an apparatus that simulates training at altitude.  Perhaps a mask that would thin oxygen level of the intake air?
