2018 - 20
2019 - 59
2020 - 19
2021 - 21

So unless you think their rankings are garbage, I think there's a pretty strong argument that the talent IS there

The players that made those rankings good are no longer on the team. Every single 4*+ player from the bolded classes is no longer on the roster. 

Put another way, every single upperclass player on the current team was a 3* recruit. Is that "the talent?"
