Ok I’ll say it and everybody will bristle:
I often wonder if we would be a better team with Haley on the bench.

I won't bristle.  In last year's Gonzaga game Jones could not play, and it was Belibi's turn to shine.  And yes there have been games this year when Jones was not playing at all well and the same thought would cross my mind.

But while I have been critical of Jones in prior games, I do not understand the criticism of her play in this one.  This was the game she got back on track, shooting over 50%, making her mid range jumpers rather than only trying contorted shots near the basket, making both free throws, collecting a double-double, adding 3 blocks, dishing 3 assists.  This was one of her better games and cause for optimism that she is getting more focus.
