I saw Lepolo dribble drive and pull up for a mid-range jumper a few times over the past several games. She hit those shots too. I also saw her drive to the hoop for layups when they didn't guard her.
She'll keep defenders honest. Like Johnny said, we want her to get the ball to our star players. We should be be overjoyed that she has filled this position of need so well as a freshman. She held her own bringing the ball up the court against the #1 team in the country.
