I'm glad we're playing Oregon State on Friday and not Sunday.  That means we will have a longer/better prep for the Beavers, who in my opinion, are a superior team to Oregon.  That longer prep gives me some comfort going into Friday night.

6'4 freshman Raegan Beers played alongside of Betts in last year's Jordan Brand all-American game and she has twice been selected as PAC-12 freshman of the week.  Not the quickest player you'll see, but very strong and dominant in the low block with a soft touch.  She could well play big minutes.  If Scott puts Beers & Gardiner in together, I'm not sure we'll get many rebounds.  6'9 Mitrovic is much improved and more mobile.  

TVO had her first real good game against Oregon after a number of mediocre games.  

If Jump is being face-guarded and/or not hitting her 3's and if Brink has another off-shooting night, we can be in for a drag-out defensive battle. Do not overlook this opponent.
