A tall order to win a game when your opponent scores on like 90% of their trips down the floor in the second half.  I think Mike DeGeorge chanted a spell in the locker room that morphed Owen Koonce, Jarred Hyder and Isaac Jessup into Steph Curry clones.

Someone said in an earlier game thread that they believe in what Kyle Smith is building.  I would amend that slightly to say that I believe in what Kyle Smith plans to build.  He is just starting to break ground; this thing isn't going to be put in place in a week, or a month, or a year.......

I wonder how many Haase-like years will be tolerated while Smith is in the process of building the program.
2024-2025 is starting to look like one.

It's almost like this team has very little experienced high-end talent (unlike Haase's teams year after year after year...not making the tourney with last year's talent was a crime) and should never have engendered the expectations that came with blowing out cupcakes. 

Maxime, a couple power-conference rotational guys, and a box of misfit toys do not exactly a good team make.

Your last sentence sums it up concisely, Sam. Getting smacked by a 4-4, 235th-ranked, 14-point underdog polytechnic is pathetic. Bring on Lehigh or Swarthmore!
