I think they are waiting for the stench of the losses to Seattle and UNLV (quad III and quad IV, respectively) to wear off.

BC, can't those quad ratings change? That is if a team ends up being far better than expected, ciouldn't a loss change from quad 4 a higher quad?
If UNLV moves into the top 160, they alleviate from a Quad 4 loss to a Quad 3.
At this moment they are #161.
