I agree that retention will be a key to KP's stay hotness. I have a sense that Swain may bolt. NuNu may also want a taste of the big dance in her last year. 

I would have thought KP would go a little deeper on the bench tonight, but she preferred to stick with the trusted 7 (6 with Alex Injured). That doesn't give the bench player any confidence.

If any of the freshman leave, my feeling is also it will be Swain. I don’t see Somfai leaving. While it’s great to come in and play 30-40 minutes a game as a freshman, players come to Stanford expecting to win and be in the NCAA tourney. That isn’t happening.

Wouldn't surprise me. The 3 frosh could go most anywhere they want, which includes other high-academic programs. I agree that they want to win, and thats a big factor at their level. They have to be frustrated with how the season has progressed and they likely are questioning KP and the coaching staff. Hopefully they all love their teammates and Stanford and that's enough for them to stay.

One thing about Haase - he had personality and could recruit, and he was likeable. I question how KP is in that area. imo, she's pretty bland in her press conferences.
