The two box scores I see (StatBroadcast and GoStanford) show an extra 30-second timeout for UVa than allowed.  Can someone who has a recording of the game confirm whether UVa took a full timeout at Q4 0:11 and a 30-second timeout at the same clock time?   I expect it is an error in the stats.   Also, please pay attention to the timeouts that Stanford took in the last minute.  IIRC, at the end of the game, the scoreboard indicated neither Stanford nor UVA had timeouts left.  Could the 30-second timeout at 0:11 have been a Stanford timeout that was incorrectly recorded?
