It's pretty fascinating that Yankey was an all-american at his position (LT) and is being asked to move over for one of the young bucks. I wonder how that plays out on team chemistry.

My read is that, while Yankey is apparently a great LT, he's an even better LG. Last year we had a suitable replacement for him at LG, but no solution at all at LT, so the line as a whole was better with him there. This year one of the 5* studs from '12 will be able to fill in at LT, so the line as a whole is better with him back at his "natural" position of LG.

Provided that's the case (and I don't see why Shaw would be lying about it) it seems like team chemistry wouldn't be an issue at all.
