I thought the analysis was pretty accurate until the bit that read

Realistic Best Case Record: 10-2
Worst Case Record: 6-6
Likely Finish: 8-4

To me (as an admitted homer), those are all two losses more than they should be, though it could certainly be argued that worst case record could be 7-5. I don't buy 6-6 (how many major injuries would have to occur for that to happen?!) and 8-4 as a likely finish would be a disappointment.
