Let me get this straight.  A bunch of "NFL personnel" people are happy to criticize Martin for being "soft" because he didn't  deal with it "in house." 

And these "NFL personnel" people would be ...?  Oh wait, we don't know, because they all SPOKE ON CONDITION OF ANONYMITY!!!

Yeah, that's real stand-up -- tell everyone how they would have handled it like a man [but, hey, no way you can use my name!]  >:(

As for wanting Incognito, rather than Martin, next to you in a bar fight, I've got a better idea:  Don't get involved in bar fights in the first place ...
