Here's what's been reported in multiple sources as the voicemail transcript: "Hey, wassup, you half n----- piece of s---. I saw you on Twitter, you been training 10 weeks. [I want to] s--- in your f---ing mouth. [I'm going to] slap your f---ing mouth. [I'm going to] slap your real mother across the face [laughter]. F--- you, you're still a rookie. I'll kill you."

Unless Incognito was obviously kidding (and there's been no indication at all of that), that's harassment.  End of story.

If that's all the evidence you have, sure.  If they guy has already been shown the door, there is not much point in arguing.

However, when you are dealing with two persons of equal stature (two players), Martin's responses, or prior conduct, are absolutely relevant.  So are all the other factors related to the situation.

No.  You may well be right that Martin's Stanford background had nothing to do with this.  I'm not disagreeing at all with that part of what you said.  It's the rest of your post that I found ignorant and offensive.
