I have moved past Incognito in my anger. He was the ringleader but this was only possible because of a culture of intimidation and bullying that was supported by the highest levels. This is institutional rot. And it needs an enema from the top down.
You wouldn't give that advice at any other workplace. And yet... the entire point of that specific workplace is violence....
