I have to say that I'm disappointed that prices have hovered around $300. Given that prices were at their low on this day one year ago, that doesn't bode we'll for buyers this year.  I feel slightly relieved that I'm out of the market this year as I'm spending extra holiday time with mom this year instead of attending the game.
