There is one odd part about the report (which I read from SI's blog's summary):

We also agree with the view, expressed by many of Martin’s teammates, that it would have been preferable for Martin’s grievances to be handled inside the Dolphins organization rather than played out in the national news media.

Uh, what evidence is there of that one again?

The law firm Paul Weiss did the work and prepared the report.  If you go on Paul Weiss' web site, you see tons of companies named...but a search on "Dolphins" says:

There are no results for Dolphins.

Ask Brad Karp.  He's chair of the firm, specialist in employment litigation and the NFL is his client:
