The law firm Paul Weiss did the work and prepared the report.  If you go on Paul Weiss' web site, you see tons of companies named...but a search on "Dolphins" says:

There are no results for Dolphins.

Ask Brad Karp.  He's chair of the firm, specialist in employment litigation and the NFL is his client:

The distinction is only meaningful if one believes that the NFL's interest is substantially different from the team owners' interests. I'm not convinced the relationship here is all that different from the relationship between an employee plaintiff and the lawyer employed by the international union.
