Yup.  Tennessee, which had been in 9th missed the cut when they went +15 for the day and fell 7 spots.  On the other hand, Arkansas shot +10 for the day and didn't move.  #1 Alabama, who was in danger of missing the cut, jumped 7 teams and made it in at #14.  At 4+ for the tournament so far, and sitting at #5, we are in a good position to advance, but we will still need a good game tomorrow.  Still 6 Pac-12 teams in the top 9, so the Pac-12 ought to be well represented in match play.

I dunno how Bama got to #3 earlier, but they made the jump from #3 to #1 after beating then-#6 UCLA in early April at a Georgia tournament.  Their #5, sophomore Nicole Morales, is having a really, really rough tournament showing  :-[

I continue to be surprised at the scores of the Stanford players on the par 5s.  Statistically, they are among the easiest holes for the field, but Stanford has not helped themselves much at all on them.  As a team, they are +2 on the par 5s this week. Every other team currently in the field is under par.  The individual leader Virginia Elena Carta from Duke is -7 all by herself.

Stanford however has done a great job on the par 3s.  Eugene CC has some tough par 3s where a player can make a big number.  But Stanford as a team is -2. 

As players are starting to make the turn, Stanford is -2 for the round and +2 for the tournament.  The team in 9th is seven shots back.
