No cards this year - STM tickets are marked.  However, the issue isn't the marking it's the enforcement.  I've been told there will be better enforcement as well as better staffing at all gates.

Apparently there will also be improved traffic flow.  We usually park/tailgate in Lot 7 off Arboretum.

My problem was of the opposite variety, where Stanford failed to send me a card and there was enforcement. But yeah, if there is no enforcement, the special gates won't be a benefit.

I finally got around to watching the Rose Bowl DVD and as far as I could tell it was just the TV broadcast with commercials cut out. I was hoping for some extra commentary from coaches and players, but oh well, having easy access to these games is nice.

I mean, I'm not fussy, I enjoy the terrible middle-school-cafeteria cheeseburgers on occasion, but the expanded selection last year was definitely welcome. Nonetheless, that list of items is pretty darn weird.

Relating back to the Gift Box, I did get real, old-fashioned ticket booklets.  I usually save my tickets for at least the year just in case something historic happens.  I've kept nearly all of my Big Game, other big game, and bowl game tickets.  I've actually moved them into the new cool Gift Box.  I'm hoping that one of these years I will have a complete set from our National Championship year.  Not woofing, just keeping hope alive.

Great idea! I have a set of real tickets for the inaugural Pac-12 Championship... to which we *didn't* go. It was surreal... I guess they needed to print them up in advance. I wonder how much money they burned on them....
