I hadn't really thought about just how many lurkers there are watching what we post.  As I write this,
  10 Members and 55 Guests are viewing this board.

I'll assume that count of "Guests" doesn't include all the spiders that scrape content across the Internet.  I'd expect some of those are Stanford fans, but I'd have to guess most are from other schools or gamblers or sports writers, watching what we say.  (I would welcome Stanford fans that are, and might remain, lurkers.  I expect most of us watched the board a while to see if this was a community we wished to be a part of.)

It should remind us that what we say may get spread beyond the mostly collegial group that we are....
