On our second to last drive, which took 1 min 39 sec, we got 28 yards on a Love run on first and ten from the 20. I couldn’t believe we were dumb enough to run needing two scores with 5 minutes to go, until I was screaming “go, go, go!”
That being said, 8 yards from the end zone, why not throw to Colby Parkinson or Kaden Smith. I realize we don’t have the JJAW box out play to go to, but it’s not like we don’t have receivers who can go up and catch it in the end zone.

The stats will say that Costello dropped back to pass 44 times and we ran 22. That doesn’t seem like a running team to me. Washington ran 45 times (actually a few times less since that includes at least one Browning Sack) and passed 27.
Just saying.

Made no sense. Esp with Huskies having no answer for Smith and Parkinson. Shaw still thinks that this is a running team.
