While Kinamon and Bellafronto are in the same situation eligibility-wise, they may not be in the same situation for the draft.
Kinamon came to Stanford as a top recruit (Perfect Game all-american), though as far as I know he wasn't drafted.
He started 26 games as a frosh, played full time as a soph and was all-Pac 12. And was drafted (34th round) last year despite being injured.
He has had a good, not great, season with better power numbers.
Bellafronto, on the other hand, was not a big prospect out of high school, basically did not see the field until this year, and didn't secure a starting spot until some ways into the season. So, it seems at least possible that he is not very high on MLB radar along with the possibility that a full year as starter could get him there. Thus I see at least a reason he might want to play at Stanford next year.
It would be rare. I don't recall a fifth year baseball player either - to look I'd go back through a list of guys who had significant injuries.
