We're leading Kentucky 8-0 in San Antonio right now on CBS Sports Network. Art Lee has all 8 points. Oh, ... it's 1998...

I had forgotten just how good a point guard he was. Of course, Madsen was no slouch, either.
I'd also forgotten how annoying Billy Packer is...

Arthur Lee was the best point guard in the tournament that year - what he did was as impressive as anything Brevin did in his tournaments, and that's saying something. He was also among the top point guards in the country as a senior. I'd put him and Chris Hernandez as a virtual tie for second best point guard in Stanford history - a true All-American talent.

I still have nightmares about the end. As my senior citizen memory recalls, at that time, the rule on balls going out of bounds used the alternate arrow machine. The Cardinal had stormed back and all the momentum was on them. out of bounds play, arrow points to Ky, and essentially game over.
