Tonight's announcers said Shaw told them he expects to get this new offense fully installed by mid season and then we should be who we are supposed to be...or something like that. Almost certainly the latter. 

By the way, why is it ok to say that by later in the season the "RPO" offense will be completely installed and fine tuned?  Hell, if a change was to be made for this year, it should have been installed last spring and fine tuned in August. 
I refuse to accept that excuse.

He did say that! And, yes, UW's offense is unpredictable, ours is quite predictable. I can only think of one unpredictable play tonight: the jet sweep by Wilson. Otherwise, bland and predictable. McKee has a strong arm but is slow as molasses. So he has no escapability. I don't see him as an NFL pro qb. As far as I can see it, NFL qbs these days have to be able to pull it down and run for first downs.
