Lions indeed went 0-16 in 2008. Who was the other 0-16 team?
Much to my own surprise, the Lions aren't the loosingest franchise all time.
And yes, the Tampa Bay Bucaneers had a 26-game losing streak between 1976 and 1977. They finally broke it by beating the Saints 33-14.
Second longest streak was much more recent (Jaguars between 2020 and 2021) had a 20 game losing streak.

Most total losses - has to be a sad sack franchise that has been around since the dawn of the NFL - Cardinals?
0-16 - (other than Lions) Browns?

The Cardinals are a pretty good guess, if you include their years in Chicago and St. Louis.

Yeah. I was assuming the question covers the entire history of the league. The Cardinals have been awful for most of their franchise history.

Update... NFL sent me to Santa Clara a day early just in case. Big game for us, 10 crews. Make sure you watch the in season Hard Knocks on Prime.
Think West Marin may get power late Saturday.
Where did Don Newcombe end his career?
Why did Jackie Jensen retire?
Besides fighting what did Charlie O’Connell do on the banked track infield while the girls were on the track?

Newcombe retired as a first baseman in Japan.
Jensen was afraid of flying to the Coast (LA Angels).
Charlie O smoked between stints on the banked track. He would hide the cigarette in his palm. The fans watched Ann Calvello and Joanie Weston battle it out.

In what league did the San Jose Apaches play in in 1965.
Who did they beat in the league’s championship game and what was the score?
Who was their kicker and what was unusual about his physique? What was unusual about his game clothing?

Of course I had no idea, but the kicker question was intriguing, so I tried to Google. Info there is not plentiful, but I think I may have everything but the kicker's game clothing. I'll wait for people who didn't cheat by looking it up to answer.
I guess asking who their coach was in 1967 is way too easy for this crowd...

In ‘65 the Apaches won the Northern California League (semipro) with a 7-6 win over Redwood City with the winning point kicked by Dick Tatley, ex-SJS kicker.
Tatley kicked with a squared toe boot due to having a club foot.

Speaking of square toed kicker, name the 49er that was knocked out when he laid out to try to block a FG, only to be met under the chin by Tom Dempsey’s foot.
