That's poor. Too much long ball. we're 10 for 22 on 2-pt shots and 2 fir 14 on 3-point shots. Btw, Haley is shooting 10% on 3-point shots for the year, compared with 24$ last year and 35^ two years ago. Either she's not in top physical shape or she's lost confidence in shots other than layups.
Haley hasn’t developed a consistent perimeter shot in 4 years. She’s very talented but I’m not sure she’s that committed to improving her outside game or there would be some evidence of the work put in at this point in her career. It is what it is at this point. It’s not gonna change in the next month.
It’s nice to see more of Elena - I think she can be an outside threat. Get the ball inside more. Brink was standing under the hoop and opted to try to pass to Prechtel once and it resulted in a miss. Be a little selfish inside Brink and take over offensively. We are jacking up perimeter shots cause they are leaving us wide open. I thought we had better pace at times and tried it play faster.
Brooke Demeter 3 for 3 from deep. She's earned more playing time.
