As many of you know, Stanford switched ticketing apps last summer, and tomorrow's WBB exhibition game is the first game I will have attended since.  My problem is that I cannot seem to install the new Stanford Cardinal app on my phone.  I have an older Samsung Galaxy 8, and when I try to install the app the text blows up to enormous size so I cannot even see the buttons to push.  For that matter, it was a nightmare even finding the app off the Google Play store to install it in the first place--there are hundreds of Stanford apps and it is not obvious which one is correct.

Do any of you have link to the correct app, and have you had success installing it on an older android phone?

The Stanford Mobile Ticketing Guide doesn't even mention how to obtain and install the app in the first place.

Any help would be appreciated....

The Stanford ticket people were quite helpful and texted me the ticket so I could bypass the app and the whole rigamarole.

I didn't have as big a problem with the app as you did, but I did run into some problems.

It's very nonobvious how to navigate to where you can see your tickets. The obvious places to go for tickets are only to buy more tickets, not to view what you already have. You have to click on your name near the upper right and select "tickets" from *that* menu. (If your name isn't there, you have to log in.)

Also there is a bug where sometimes you get stuck on a screen where the app's back button doesn't work, there is no menu in the app to go elsewhere, and the Android back button exits the app. You have to kill the app and restart it to go anywhere else. I reported this bug months ago, and got a prompt reply saying they knew and would fix it. But it's not fixed yet.
