Last season it was 40-17 vs Hawaii at the end of the first half. Tonight it's 46-22. I expect this will be a trend this season - more offense but giving up more points. Perhaps the higher offensive numbers will result in more national attention for our star players.

As I expected, how far we go this year will be a direct reflection of how much Kiki and Elena can elevate their games. So far, I like what I see. For Kiki in particular, confidence is at least half the battle -- and I think it's great that she does not have to worry about Betts stealing her minutes.

Ogden fouled out. She finished with 7 points, 1 rebound, and 2 turnovers. She's got talent, but needs to avoid fouling.

Go Agara! Also, the fact that Lepolo has not scored (or gotten lots of assists) may just leave the door open for Clardy -- and Ogden will obviously focus on better defense without fouls sooner rather than later. Then again last few minutes just bad.

Stanford has some physically strong players. Kiki looking really good against an over-matched team. I'm interested in how she does against good teams when Cam is on the bench.

Agara plays with so much confidence. She's not afraid to take it to the hoop in traffic. She's got 18 points and 4 rebounds in 14 minutes.
