Long-term, you're probably right. But we've seen UCLA and 59ers have pretty crummy classes when it became obvious that Neuheisel/Tedford was teetering on the edge of immolation. If the sense of chaos persists down in LA, it might open up an opportunity for a class or two. Which would be nice.

Of course. But that makes the meltdown all the more important. If Kiffin had kept together the 17-18 player class he was supposed to, well, that's 5-6 more blue chippers for the next guy to exploit.
