As an aside: Being the best football player in Colorado isn't automatically high praise.  Colorado is about on par with Utah in the quality of  HS players it produces.  Take a look at the Univ. of Colorado roster and match origins against the (few) playmakers the Buffs have.  Makes you wonder what Mike MacIntyre was thinking when he dumped San Jose for the Buffs.  It got harder, not easier at the name school.

Colorado was good in the 90's when they were recruiting gang members from the LA area.

I want Son of Ed as well.  The students I would most like to see wear Cardinal+White from 2014 are Jabrill Peppers and Keller Chryst.  Torn between the value of a signal caller and the publicity associated with getting a player as highly touted as Peppers.  If I had to pick between the two, I'd give Peppers the edge because hey we are Quarterback U, though it looks we're on our way to becoming Shutdown Corner U as well (and LB U, TE U, OL U, DE U, RB U, S U . . .) 

But what the hell do I know?  Next to nothing, really.  For all we know, our favorite player from that class could be a 2 or 3 star recruit.  My favorite player (tied with Hogan) is Ed Reynolds and he was a 2 star recruit.
