Mitch Johnson - MV72018 - 05-02-2025
Congratulations to Mitch Johnson (Stanford '09) on being named the successor to the great Gregg Popovitch as head coach of the San Antonio Spurs. I hadn't realized that Mitch had worked his way up the ladder so quickly. Best of luck for success in your future as head coach.

Great! Congrats to him. He still looks awfully young

He should advocate for getting the Lopi (to get the gang back all together) to play for the Spurs.

Mitch Johnson, 2nd alltime for LSJU in assists, and he made so many entry passes to the Lopi. Sometimes he would almost roll it in to them from the top of the key or the elbow, like a bowling ball. He also shot ~ 35 % from 3-point range for his career.
Bravo Mitch!
