As of this morning, the Giants have more wins than the Cubs.  Just sayin'

Cubs 48-26 +0.5
Giants 49-28

See you at the Pac in October for a Cubs-Giants NLCS.  Both teams are head and shoulders above the rest, despite the Cubs being 4-8 over the last couple weeks.

There's a ***LOT*** of baseball left to be played, and the dog days haven't even started yet.  I can't wait to see both teams when they are fully healthy.

True.  But we're almost through June, so the June Swoon (for those of you old enough to remember the term) hasn't taken hold yet.  In fact, the Giants are on a pace to win 104 games.  They're 2-1 against the Cubs this year, but the Cubs have outscored them 11-7.  Cain had a 5-3 win, Peavy got shelled in an 8-1 loss and Bumgarner won 1-0.
