Yes, that's an accurate reading of the tie-breaker rules, as far as I can tell. The losses this weekend gave us a couple more ways to make it to the CCG.Â
Any team among the three (UW, WSU, Stanford) that goes 2-0 against the other two is almost certainly going to be playing in the CCG. That team could even afford to lose one other conference game and still win the three-way tie-breaker based on their record against the other two.
If all three teams go 1-1 against each other (which is somewhat likely) and have the same conference record, there are two cases for us:
a) We lose to WSU and beat UW - we're in! (better North Division record than WSU and head-to-head win against UW, as you mentioned)
b) We beat WSU and lose to UW - we're out. (same North Division record as UW and head-to-head loss against them)
So aside from our dominating both teams in the head-to-head matchups, the most helpful external event for us would be for UW to lose two other games on its remaining schedule (UCLA, Oregon, Utah, WSU). That would give us the leeway to beat WSU and lose to UW.
Wow, just re-read this and it's more confusing than it needs to be! Maybe I should just give y'all a link to the 3-way tie-breaker rules, if you're curious:

Way too early to be speculating about such scenarios, but we've got to do something at work, right? ;)
