If he can't, that will be a problem, because while you can switch emphasis when you switch QBs, you can't change the entire offense. I am pretty sure they told Sanders he could compete for the job and would not just be a "change of pace" guy. We shall see, assuming we play football this year.
Good points, Goose. Personally, I don't expect to see a season in 2020. But, yes, if it does happen, I have to think that even Shaw would see logic in starting Sanders. And, with all the D1 experience Sanders has, I would think he'd be able to pick up our offense fairly quickly.
