If a coach said he doesn't believe the virus is very dangerous, it would be irresponsible but not a fireable offense, imo.
But if a coach ignored directives to practice social distancing in team meetings, did not ever wear or require masks except when cameras were around, etc., then I think these things could add pretty quickly to a fireable offense.
Just my opinion.
