You aren't. We were the only team in the nation to allow 100% conversions on 4th down last year.
Because these are relatively small numbers, it bounces around year to year. Last year, we allowed 100% of 4th down conversions, but that was with only 6 attempts. We've been pretty bad the last three years (2019 we were 111th allowing 10 of 16; 2018 we were 83rd, allowing 17/31), but in 2017 we were 16th, allowing only 7/18.
