Do you all enjoy beating your heads against a wall?  Because I guarantee you, Shaw is not going to be fired.

However, he should take a long, hard look at his staff because some changes do need to be made at that level.

When making those changes, he should consider the direction the game is heading and act accordingly.  Heck, even Nick Saban, after fighting against the concept of a hurry-up offense finally capitulated and installed a version of that offense.

Both the sec and big 10 are throwing the ball more and more, it used to be the WAC, Mountain West and the Pac 12 that were the only league who were chucking the ball all over the place.
