Oh man.
At this point, I just really feel bad for a bunch of those players, especially the ones who have given so much to this team, who came to Stanford trusting that its team would be competitive. I'm not saying that the players haven't underperformed - they clearly have, all of them - but it just must be so discouraging, and especially with the team's future not looking so bright for those who are returning.
