Guess I don't understand targeting. Thought it was leading with the crown of the helmet . . .

It’s also targeting if you hit a defenseless player in the head or neck, regardless of whether you hit him with your head or not

Thanks. Seen that type of play a hundred times, and this was probably the first time I've seen targeting called. Don't think I'd call it cheap, though.
