There are apparently cracks in the foundation, at least according to NYT reports today. U.S. intelligence says there is tension growing between Putin and his defense ministry. He's pissed that he wasn't informed about Ukraine's defensive readiness. Then, again, there's price to pay when you're surrounded by weak-kneed sycophants who only tell you you want to hear. Reminds me of a recent POTUS.
