To whoever was claiming they aren't certain Russians have targeted civilians, you can see this. Makes me think of the Band of Brothers episode titled "Why We Fight." For those not familiar, it's when American 82nd Airborne Forces discovered Nazi death camps.

Executing prisoners with their hands tied behind their back is about as clear of a war crime as there can be.  This will only harden UKR resolve.
