Clemente yes. Richard (singular) no. He however was headed to the Hall until sidelined by a stroke. Twice led the NL in strikeouts (both a shade over 300). I have film of his first start in the Bigs. He averaged just over seven K's per nine. Today he would average about 12 with his stuff and that would be a bad thing since fewer outs by grounder or fly has diminished the game.
