It does address the issue of us overwhelming Ukraine with too much new technology too fast. It also addresses the additional utility this  equipment will provide and would have provided if available sooner. IMHO lots of the points made in this article are a mostly correct but belated analysis of the situation. FWIW, if Ukraine is telling the truth and both their own casualty figures and the Ukrainian estimates of Russian casualties are correct, the Ukraine is losing about 2/3 as many troops as Russia is. Of course, Ukraine is also losing civilians, which in the main Russia is not.
