This won't solve the SRBM problem or the cruise missile problem, bit it will allow Ukraine to drive Russian troops out The Ukrainians are motivated, the Russians are not. As long as the Russians are pretty sure they can just pound any Ukrainian attack into the dust with artillery, they fight OK. When that is not the case, they don't and end up retreating. Let's make that the norm.
