Guess I was wrong. From a post on an SC board:

"The travel destinations for away games is a plus in my book. The Bay Area has gone to absolutely horrendous levels of disgusting and I have zero desire to go there for weekenders anymore…I’m totally up for some new destinations."

Having had the opportunity to attend football games at Ohio St., Michigan, Wisconsin and Penn State is a unique experience, somewhat similar to attending games at UW and UO when they had winning teams.  Not sure how much USC and UCLA home games will improve their attendance and atmosphere when they start playing in the Big 10.  Would not be surprised to see some USC and UCLA kids transfer to Big 10 schools just for the atmosphere aspects assuming they are getting paid the same that usc/ucla was paying.
