I hope when the dust settles, the players say they won't play for the super leagues unless and until they get paid out of all the TV money like the NFL players do. NIL is not even remotely close to enough if the players still are getting none of the money the schools themselves are raking in on their backs.

And then what have you got? A second-rate, junior NFL. F that!

Nobody is forcing...or has ever forced guys to play college football. I can see lightening up on the bizarre NCAA rules a bunch but if a high school athlete doesn't like the football scholarship deal, then go to college without a full ride and work or don't work to pay for it. Alternatively... don't go at all. Simple.

Yes, and to add on to that I suggested earlier in the thread to form minor leagues for kids who want to pursue a career in a sport.  Let colleges focus on academics.  As a college sports fan it would be a turnoff for players to constantly be fighting about how much football money they are going to get.  A long time ago I lost interest in professional sports when I realized it was first and foremost a business.
