Nobody is forcing...or has ever forced guys to play college football. I can see lightening up on the bizarre NCAA rules a bunch but if a high school athlete doesn't like the football scholarship deal, then go to college without a full ride and work or don't work to pay for it. Alternatively... don't go at all. Simple.
Yes, and to add on to that I suggested earlier in the thread to form minor leagues for kids who want to pursue a career in a sport. Let colleges focus on academics. As a college sports fan it would be a turnoff for players to constantly be fighting about how much football money they are going to get. A long time ago I lost interest in professional sports when I realized it was first and foremost a business.
