ATACMS would be plausible- Ukraine has supposedly had Neptun missiles for a long time but only once have they been used. Would seem strange to suddenly throw two of em at a ground target. Ukraine has claimed the attack was with weapons of Ukrainian manufacture however.
It would be consistent with past weapons deployments for ATACMS to show up on battlefield before it has been announced, such as with the AGM88 missiles most recently.
But no missiles are visible or audible in the many videos of the incident. A bit of mystery for now, but in any case Russians know that even out of HIMARS range they are in danger.
