I also have not seen anything about North Macedonia transferring Migs, pretty sure you're confused with the 4 Su25s they transferred, mentioned in a post above with an article about them. It does not appear North Macedonia has ever fielded Migs.

I imagine Ukraine would probably prefer a Mig29 or Su27 for the wild weasel role given their speed advantage over the Su24 or Su25, but who knows. Will be curious to learn more.
