Interesting article. No mention of Taiwan, though of course we have to imagine they have similar plans in place.
I’ve been wondering whether Russia’s distraction in Ukraine will allow Chechnya and Dagestan to increase internal resistance to Russian occupation and try again to form an independent state. (Not sure occupation is the right word to describe that situation, but you know what I mean.)
