Some real encouraging news in there. One part I particularly found especially encouraging was the references to the success of Ukrainian armored forces. It apparently isn't just a "here and there" thing. They are going to need that for this offensive to succeed. One quote from retired Lt. Gen. Ben Hodges, a former commander of the U.S. Army in Europe really jumps out:

"Their chances of getting out of there are not good."That kind of matches what I have seen in the situation recently. Either prepare to defend like their lives depends on it (because it very well may) or get them out of there. Russia appears to be a deer in the headlights right now. Russia needs those thousands of troops alive and ready to fight. It looks like they aren't going to get that.
